KVKK Disclosure Statement

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we provide the following information as the data controller.

Personal Data Processed

Only the following data is processed on our website:

• Contact/quote form: name, corporate email, company name and message text.
• Site security: technical data processed by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.

No other personal data is processed.

Purposes of Processing

• Responding to contact and quote requests.
• Providing information about our services.
• Ensuring site security and preventing abuse.

Legal Grounds

Under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Contact/quote form data is processed to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract.
• Spam protection is processed on the basis of the data controller’s legitimate interest.

Transfer

Our servers are hosted in Türkiye, in the dehost data center. Personal data is transferred abroad to the following recipients:

• Resend (email delivery): form messages are transferred to Resend to be sent as email; Resend processes the data on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland (EU).
• Cloudflare (Turnstile bot check): the IP address, browser information and the verification token are transferred to Cloudflare, which processes them in the United States and across its global network.

Under Article 9 of the KVKK, the transfer abroad rests on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form.

Method of Collection

Personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the contact/quote form.

Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing; learn the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction; request that correction or erasure be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

You may send requests regarding your rights to info@inteley.com.tr. Applications are answered within 30 days in accordance with the KVKK and related legislation.

Retention

Form data is not stored on the website; it is forwarded by email and deleted once the request is concluded, and in any case kept no longer than 2 years.
